Prayer: (A Prayer for Trusting in God’s Unfailing Love – Scotty Smith, TGC) – adapted

Lord Jesus: In these troubled times, truth be told, we have come to the end of ourselves.

+ All of our resources and strength, all of our life experiences and smarts are simply not enough.
+ Whatever worked in the past is not working in the present moment.
+ We are feeling the confusion of not knowing what to do next.

Lord Jesus:  We need you; we abandon ourselves to You today. You are our resurrected Lord; You defeated sin and death; You are making all things new. We place our hope in Your unfailing love.

+ There is no other supply sufficient to the need.
+ There is no other strength sufficient for the task.
+ There is no other balm sufficient for the pain.
+ There is no other rest sufficient for the exhaustion.
+ There is no other hope sufficient for the multiple issues in front of us.

Lord Jesus: We bring it all to You – trusting in Your unfailing love.

+ We bring our broken, conflicted and wandering hearts to you.
+ We bring our struggling marriages to you.
+ We bring our divided churches to you.
+ We bring our hurting friends to you.
+ We bring our wayward children to you.

The Clinton E-mails Are Critical to the Clinton Foundation Investigation

white-house-for-sale

The FBI has been investigating the Clinton Foundation for potential financial crimes and influence peddling…. [Their findings are] suggestive of a pattern of pay-to-play bribery, the monetizing of political influence, fraud, and obstruction of justice that the Justice Department should be investigating as a possible RICO conspiracy under the federal anti-racketeering laws.
_____

[However,] Clinton Foundation investigators are being denied access to patently relevant evidence by Loretta Lynch’s federal prosecutors in Brooklyn.

Andrew C. McCarthy, National Review

__________

John 3:20 (NLT)

All who do evil hate the light and refuse to go near it for fear their sins will be exposed.

__________

Prayer:

Lord God:

You are an honest judge, angry with the wicked every day.

And every day, we learn more and more about the lies and deceit and corruption of Bill and Hillary Clinton under the guise of a charitable foundation. Their lying, cheating, criminality, dishonor, and degradation seemingly knows no bounds.

And now, the thoroughly corrupt Justice Department of the United States is obstructing justice by refusing to allow the FBI to review potentially incriminating emails. The Clintons and their associates are a highly contagious, infectious disease on our country contaminating everything and anyone they touch.

Lord God:

Deliver America from these evil, wicked people.

Lead the children of the Light, Your children, to the polls on November 8th in unprecedented numbers – that honesty, integrity and transparency might be the hallmarks of our new government.
