By these regulations the Holy Spirit revealed that the entrance to the Most Holy Place was not freely open as long as the Tabernacle and the system it represented were still in use.
They were completely amazed. “How can this be?” they exclaimed…. We all hear these people speaking in our own languages about the wonderful things God has done!”
This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses, for he faced all of the same testings we do, yet he did not sin.

“How long are you going to keep us in suspense? If you are the Messiah, tell us plainly.”

It is God who enables us, along with you, to stand firm for Christ. He has commissioned us, and he has identified us as his own by placing the Holy Spirit in our hearts as the first installment that guarantees everything he has promised us.
