We put our hope in the Lord. He is our help and our shield. In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name. Let your unfailing love surround us, Lord, for our hope is in you alone.

For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me.

The following day John was again standing with two of his disciples. As Jesus walked by, John looked at him and declared, “Look! There is the Lamb of God!” When John’s two disciples heard this, they followed Jesus.

Jesus looked around and saw them following. “What do you want?” he asked them.

They replied, “Rabbi” (which means “Teacher”), “where are you staying?”

“Come and see,” he said. It was about four o’clock in the afternoon when they went with him to the place where he was staying, and they remained with him the rest of the day.

Prayer: [Daily Prayer – Jeremiah 29:11-13 – February 24, 2012]

Dear Lord, thank you for another day. Thank you for loving me in spite of my shortcomings.

I pray that you help me to be a better me everyday. Help me to never forget Your love for me and that I am handpicked by You for a purpose.

Lord, I’m so thankful that You have a plan for my life. Before I knew You, I had my own plans, I even found myself following others plans for my life but it always left me incomplete or in a bad way but I’m grateful Your plans for me are of hope and a great future.

I thank You for listening to me when I call on and pray to you. Thank you for being right there when I look desperately and passionately to find You. You are so faithful to me!

Help me to never forget that my life is orchestrated by You, every step, every plan, every way You have paved for me.

I Love You Greatly, Amen
