Lord God: in baptism we have died with Christ to sin, and have been raised to new life in him. May your family be one in faith in our hearts, and one in love in our new way of life. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Heavenly Father: Fill me with your Holy Spirit so that I can make the most of every opportunity in these evil days. Place a song in my heart so that I can make music to you; and thank you for everything. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Heavenly Father – Forgive me my trespasses as I forgive those who trespass against me; and deliver me from evil. Alert me to the temptations around me, and lead me in the path of righteousness for your name’s sake. Lord, have mercy – through Jesus Christ, your Son and my Savior, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God forever. Amen.
Stuff exists. But before there was stuff, there was God. He is the first one, the initial, the necessary cause. Without Him, nothing was made nor would be made. He was here before time, space, and matter. He created it. He is a great, big God.
“To have a meaningful spiritual life, you must read Scripture.” – Episcopal monk, John-Julian
On this day, Lord God, you opened for us the way to eternal life through your only Son’s victory over death. Grant that as we celebrate his resurrection we may be renewed by your Holy Spirit and rise again in the light of life. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.
Almighty, ever-living God, whose Only-Begotten Son descended to the realm of the dead, and rose from there to glory, grant that your faithful people, who were buried with him in baptism, may, by his resurrection, obtain eternal life. Who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God for ever and ever. Amen.
Jesus Christ showed his love for us and freed us from our sins with his life’s blood.
