Powerful is your arm! Strong is your hand! Your right hand is lifted high in glorious strength. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne. Unfailing love and truth walk before you as attendants.

Prayer

Then I heard a voice in heaven saying, ‘Whom shall I send? and who will go for us? Then said I, ‘Here I am; send me.’

+ Merciful God: I will journey with my kind-hearted Savior. Fill me with Your loving-kindness, that I may provide for the needy from my own resources, trusting that You will provide me with all that I need.
+ Mighty God: Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne. Give me the courage and strength to defend the unprotected ones whom I encounter along the way.
+ Sovereign God: Your Kingdom is everlasting and love and truth precede You. Make me a clear herald of Your coming, preparing hungry hearts to joyfully welcome You.

Christ the King: You reign with the Father and the Holy Spirit, one God forever. May I joyfully walk in the light of Your presence. Deliver me from every evil and grant me Your peace. Let Your Kingdom come, Lord, in me. Amen.

“Kerstnacht 2014: For Unto Us A Child Is Born – JV Maranatha”

Distressed and hungry they will look toward the earth and see distress and darkness and a desperate gloom of fear. The land of Zebulun He humbled and the land of Naphtali, though in the future He will honor Galilee. But nevertheless, on those living in the land of darkness a light has dawned. And happiness and joy will fill their hearts.

For unto us a Child is born, For unto us a Son is given And the government shall be upon His shoulder.

Be broken all you enemies! Strap on your armor and be shattered, speak a word but God shall be with us! Take notice oppressed, on those living in the land of darkness a light has dawned. And happiness and joy will fill their hearts.

For unto us a Child is born, For unto us a Son is given And the government shall be upon His shoulder. And his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace.

For unto us a Child is born, For unto us a Son is given And the government shall be upon His shoulder.

This day be within and without me, lowly and meek, yet all-powerful. Christ as a light; Christ as a shield; Christ beside me on my left and my right.
