Then I heard a voice in heaven saying, ‘Whom shall I send? and who will go for us?’
Then I said, ‘Here I am: send me.’

Lord, see what evil the prince of this world is devising. Let the wind of Your Spirit blow and reverse the works of darkness: and Your fire will cover the earth.

Deliver us, Lord, from every evil and grant us peace in our day.

In Your mercy, Lord, keep us free from sin, and protect us from all anxiety as we wait in joyful hope for the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Let Your Kingdom come. Lord, in me.

Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for him to act. Don’t worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes.

This is all the more urgent, for you know how late it is; time is running out. Wake up, for our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. Prayer:

Almighty King:  You are my Savior and my God.

+ Help me to keep Your commandments; so that through Your Holy Spirit I may dwell in You, and You in me.
+ Everlasting Wisdom, come to me: dwell with me and work in me today.
+ Help me to be considerate and kind; grant that I may bring joy, not pain, to those I meet.
+ Quiet my soul in Your presence throughout the day; deliver me from the wiles of the evil one.

Look with favor on me this morning, Lord, and in Your saving love let Your light penetrate the hidden places of my heart. May no sordid desires darken my mind, renewed and enlightened as I am by Your heavenly grace. Through my Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Peanut Gallery: I admit it, I lost faith at half-time. But I did switch back for the last 5 min of the game. All I can say: It was shock and awe time. Tom Brady and the Patriots pulled off the NFL comeback of the century.

So, for those of you who might have missed some of the game – here’s a YouTube highlight re-cap. Enjoy, unless you’re a Falcons fan.
